Here you will continue to learn some common Chinese Internet related terms.

1. 邮箱(yóuxiāng)地址(dìzhǐ) email address

Example

你的(nǐde)邮箱(yóuxiāng)地址(dìzhi)是(shì)什么(shénme)?

2. 用户名(yònghùmíng) username/login name. 

3. 雅虎(Yǎhǔ) Yahoo

Example:

如果(rúguǒ)我(wǒ)忘(wàng)了(le)密码(mìmǎ)或(huò)雅虎(Yǎhǔ)用户名(yònghùmíng),怎么办(zěn​me​bàn)?

4. 发送(fāsòng) to send

5. 附件(fùjiàn) attachment(email)

Example:

我(wǒ)还(hái)没(méi)收到(shōudào)你(nǐ)发送(fāsòng)的(de)附件(fùjiàn)。

6. 抄送(chāosòng) CC (for email)

7. 密送(mìsòng) blind carbon copy (email)

8. 转发(zhuǎnfā) to forward (email)

Example:

对不起(duìbuqǐ),我(wǒ)忘记(wàngji)抄送(chāosòng)给(gěi)你(nǐ)了(le)。我(wǒ)只(zhǐ)密送(mìsòng)给(gěi)自己(zìjǐ)。你(nǐ)可以(kě​yǐ​)转发(zhuǎnfā)给(gěi)我(wǒ)吗(ma)?

10. 浏览器(liú​lǎn​qì) browser

11. 网页(wǎngyè) web pages

Example:

A:我的(wǒde)火狐(Huǒ​hú)浏览器(liú​lǎn​qì)为什么(wèishénme)突然(tū​rán)打不开(dǎbùkāi)了(le)?

B: 据我所知(jùwǒsuǒzhī),有些(yǒu​xiē)系统(xì​tǒng)和(hé​)浏览器(liú​lǎn​qì)不(bù)兼容(jiān​róng)。还有(háiyǒu),有的(yǒude)网页(wǎng​yè)没(méi)按照(àn​zhào)Web2.0 标准(biāo​zhǔn)。

Example:

A:如果(rú​guǒ)还(hái)打不开(dǎbùkāi)的话(de​huà),我(wǒ)建议(jiàn​yì)你(nǐ​)装(zhuāng)另一(lìng​yī)个(gè)浏览器(liú​lǎn​qì)。如(​rú), 欧朋(Ōu​péng)或(huò​)谷歌(Gǔ​gē)浏览器(liú​lǎn​qì)。

B: 打开(dǎ​kāi)了(le)!原来(yuán​lái)刚才(gāng​cái)断网(duànwǎng)。

15. ADSL拨号(bōhào)宽带(kuāndài) ADSL Broadband

16. 无线(wú​xiàn)保真(bǎozhēn)网络(wǎng​luò) WiFi (Wireless Fidelity)

Example:

你(nǐ)用(yòng) ADSL拨号(bō​hào)宽带(kuān​dài) 还是(háishi)无线(wú​xiàn)保真(bǎozhēn)?
