1. 天寒地冻(tiānhándìdòng) cold weather, frozen ground
Example:
天寒地冻(tiānhándìdòng)，我(wǒ) 突然(tūrán)想(xiǎng)吃(chī)一(yī)碗(wǎn)热(rè)腾腾(téngténg)的(de)牛腩(niúnǎn)面(miàn)。
2. 若无其事(ruòwúqíshì) as if nothing had happened
Example:
今天(jīntiān)他(tā)又(yòu)迟到(chídào)了(le)，老师(lǎoshī)批评(pīpíng)他(tā)，他(tā)还(hái)装(zhuāng)着(zhe)若无其事(ruòwúqíshì)的(de)样子(yàngzi)。
3. 无理取闹(wúlǐqǔnào) to make trouble without reason
4. 坐视不理(zuòshìbùlǐ) to sit and watch, but remain indifferent
Example:
你们(nǐmen)俩(liǎ)不要(bùyào)在(zài)这里(zhèlǐ)无理取闹(wúlǐqǔnào)了(le)，否则(fǒuzé)我们(wǒmen)绝对(juéduì)不会(bùhuì)坐视不理(zuòshìbùlǐ)的(de)。
5. 尽心尽力(jìnxīnjìnlì) to make an all out effort
Example:
我(wǒ)现在(xiànzài)在(zài)辅导班(fǔdǎobān)工作(gōngzuò)，对(duì)学生(xuésheng)要有(yàoyǒu)耐心(nàixīn)，尽心尽力(jìnxīnjìnlì)提高(tígāo)学生(xuésheng)的(de)成绩(chéngjì)。
6.泥沙俱下(níshājùxià) mud and sand are carried along
7. 鱼龙混杂(yúlónghùnzá) fish and dragons mixed in together
Example:
俗话说(súhuàshuō),大河(dàhé)奔流(bēnliú),泥沙俱下(níshājùxià),鱼龙混杂(yúlónghùnzá)。
