Q: I need to have a personal and supportive relationship with my teacher. How can this be created in a virtual environment?
A: Many new students say that it takes time for them to feel comfortable and confident with a new teacher. This is true for both online and "offline" classrooms. In both cases, time is needed for the teacher to understand and adjust himself to the needs of the student as well as for the student to get used to the teacher. Once this happens, a productive and effective learning relationship can be created, no matter what platform is being used. In fact, today's online "long distance" relationships of different kinds are very common and with the right technologies can make the participants feel as though they are actually in the same room.

A technical support representative will be available online at all times to help you enter the class if you have any problems.
A: In order to determine your level, you can either take the level test (currently available for English courses), or participate in a trial lesson, during which the teacher will determine which course would best suit your needs.
A. Our language courses are relatively inexpensive to begin with. In fact, it would be difficult to find courses of the same quality that we provide, with experienced teachers, for less money. One way of spending less is to sign up for a group course. Some courses are taught in this format, which is both effective and significantly cheaper than private lessons. Ask our sales representative about availabilities. If the course you want to learn isn't available in the group format, you can try to get some friends together who want to learn with you. You bring the group and we'll bring the teacher - at a discount rate for each student in the group!
